About Us

New Vibe Homes has been in the home building business for 24+ years. During this time, they have built spec and custom homes in Edmonton and surrounding areas. What matters to them most, is the input and experience their clients have throughout the process as they are in integral part part of the New Vibe Homes family.

Val Sansano and Joe Paulozza have worked in the real estate and building industry for over two decades combined. Val founded New Vibe Homes in 2010 due to his passion for design and studied architecture. Along the journey of founding NVH, he came to realize that to be unique and different, he needed to surround himself with unique yet like minded people. In 2018, he met partner Joe Paulozza and together they have focused on growing the custom home side of NVH. Val and Joe are true partners and nicely complement each other with ideas for design and vision, and interior and exterior plans.

New Vibe Homes works closely with its architects, engineers, tradespeople and suppliers. They are onsite daily and are closely involved with the whole process from start until completion. They place a high level of importance on craftsmanship and workmanship, in order to achieve a standard that is above average in the building industry.

Val and Joe describe one of their favourite client projects:

“We recently finished a modern, two story 2800 sq/ft duplex with a finished basement. The clients were young, first-time home buyers. When they came to do their walkthrough and pre inspection of their new home, they let us know that they had viewed 25 other homes before choosing this home. They had viewed the duplex 3 times prior to submitting an offer and said that they could see and feel the pride that we had taken in the build. From the design to all the workmanship and finishing details both from an interior and exterior perspective. The windows and natural sunlight, the 10 foot ceilings and glass feature wall, the beautiful kitchen and 100 inch fireplace, and all the attention to details throughout the house. Their reaction truly humbled us and we will never get tired of seeing the expressions on our clients’ faces when they see their finished homes.”
